Returning your purchase
If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to return your order, simply follow the steps below:
- Our simple returns service can be pre-paid using either your debit or credit card, or a PayPal account.
- In the unlikely event that any of the items received are faulty or incorrect, please contact Customer Services who will be happy to help you resolve the problem.
- The cost of your returns will be refunded once the item has been received at our warehouse. Original delivery fees will only be refunded if you are returning a faulty or incorrect item, and if the complete order has been returned in full.
- Please note that you will require a printer to print your returns label.

Click on the 'Get started with your return' link below the Cotton Traders logo. -
STEP 3
Fill out the form and click submit.Your 'Delivery Number' is a 10 digit number that will start with 801. You’ll find this on your dispatch note. -
STEPS 4-6
- Select the item you would like to return using the checkbox on the 'Selected item' column.
- Select the reason for returning from the dropdown and then select the 'Returns Method'.
- Click the 'Continue' button.

You can pay for the returns using a PayPal account, however if you do not have a PayPal account you can pay using the PayPal guest checkout at a later stage. Select the PayPal option and click 'Continue'. -
STEP 8
Click on the 'Checkout with PayPal' button and you will be directed to the PayPal Login page where you can pay via your PayPal account. Alternatively, if you do not have an account you can checkout through PayPal’s guest checkout on the next screen. -
STEP 9
If you would like to pay using your PayPal account then login to your PayPal account and proceed to the confirm the payment.If you don’t have an account and would like to pay by debit card via PayPal’s guest checkout click the Grey 'Pay by Debit or Credit Card' button. -

You will then be redirected to the guest checkout where you can pay by debit card. Fill in the form with your payment card and address details. -
STEP 11
Once you have filled in your details click continue to access your returns label. -
STEP 12
Now that your returns purchase is complete, you can either download the returns label or have the returns label sent to you via email. Just click on your preferred choice.*Note both options will require the use of a printer. -
STEP 13
Once you have filled in your details, click the continue button to access your returns label.Once you have printed your pre-paid returns label simply attach this to your parcel and take it to your local post office.
